Glory Road TV Prophetic Word- Waiting on God

Welcome to the Weekly Word! This week, we're diving deep into the powerful and timely message of waiting on God and reflecting on His divine timing. As we enter the month of Tammuz, we find ourselves in a season of reflection, repentance, and spiritual growth. In this month, God is calling us to pause, reflect, and affirm our identity in Him.

As we look back to Exodus 32, we remember the Israelites’ impatience as they waited for Moses to return. Their impatience led them to build a golden calf, relying on their own understanding instead of trusting God’s timing. This is a month to resist the urge to move ahead without God's direction, as we strengthen our relationship with Him.

Exodus 32:1-4 (NKJV), “Now when the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered together to Aaron, and said to him, “Come, make us [a]gods that shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.” And Aaron said to them, “Break off the golden earrings which are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me.” So all the people broke off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them to Aaron. And he received the gold from their hand, and he fashioned it with an engraving tool, and made a molded calThen they said, “This is your god, O Israel, that brought you out of the land of Egypt!”

While things may feel slow right now, it’s a time of spiritual rest and reflection as God prepares us for what's ahead. August brings promotion and new beginnings, but for now, we must take a pause, reflect on our identity in Christ, and be patient as we wait for God’s next steps.

This is a powerful message for anyone who feels frustrated by the waiting season. Trust that God is working behind the scenes, and the best is yet to come. Don't build anything without His guidance—wait for His strategy, and He will lead you into your next season of blessing and breakthrough.
