It is essential to choose your words wisely. Be self-aware and speak words that empower yourself and others, for words create power, and that energy shapes your life. The problem is that expressing all your woes and discontent over and over will only give you more of the same, and that is what most of us do. So, choose not to demoralize yourself or others.

Do not amplify your problems by repeating that same oldstory to everyone. If things are not as you would like, change the story.

Science proves that your words are the roadmap to your life. They lead your mind, body, and environment. What will show up externally is that of which you speak. Therefore, if you affirm confidence, optimism, peace of mind, zest, and love for life, that is what will manifest. Words are more powerful than most people are willing to acknowledge.

Here’s how it works: Grab a pen or your keyboard, write down a question for Spirit, God, or the Universe, and then give yourself a minute or two to receive guidance. The words that flow—often unlike your usual writing or thoughts—are messages from your higher self. It’s a form of channeling—your intangible connection made manifestthrough ink or pixels.

Sometimes, the most extraordinary things happen in our lives — things so wild and unexpected — that we choose not to believe them.

When that occurs, pause and ask yourself: Is this a high-spirit-level encounter?

Is it beneficial? Pleasant? Encouraging?

If it is, embrace it. Open your heart and trust in its message.
