I have been flying by the seat of my pants lately, guys! And sometimes we are so busy running around, juggling every aspect of our lives, trying our best to be perfect AND productive, that we lose sight of what's most important - our sanities.
When life goes on tilt, we tend to veer from our healthy habits and routines in order to keep our heads above water, and today I am here to tell you that that is O.K., as long as we do our best to seek balance amongst the chaos.
Let's learn to give ourselves grace and use the concept of balance (without falling into the trap of making excuses), so that when things feel overwhelming and crazy, we can actually deal rather than explode (or implode) under the pressure.
