On this episode my guest, Giovanna Silvestre, recounts her experience living in Bali for a year while working on her book, "Confused Girl: Find Your Peace in the Chaos" which will be released in May of 2025. She packed up her life in Los Angeles and set out on a solo adventure to find her own bit of peace and tranquility to help her focus on the writing process. She discusses what it is like to live in another country for a year and the preparation that takes place in order to make this life-changing decision.
