Gillian Boateng - Employment Lawyer

As a working mother of two young boys Jane was excited to have the opportunity to speak Gillian Boateng about her experience of becoming a mother during her training contract. Jane and Gillian discuss Gillian's route to qualification, her experience of being a working mother, and balancing her career, what advice she has for anyone in a similar position and how she thinks law firm can support working parents. They also discuss the underrepresentation of racially diverse lawyers, specifically Black lawyers and more specifically Black women in the legal profession.
