    If you listened to my novel The Cul de Sac you know that twenty minutes west of Boston (give or take) sits a quiet, secluded little place called Woodland Hills. The town exudes quintessential New England charm, pretty neighborhoods, classic New England architecture, and a handful of local businesses on a charming main street. Yes, it does contain a demonically infested cul de sac - but really, the rest of the town is quite normal. Its residents are typical New Englanders, hardy, preppy, and true to their regional reputation, they are kind, but they are not nice. It is a quiet town. A cozy town. A town where families live and work and go to school. And yes, I let my daughter listen too . I’m a bad mom , but do I care what people think ? Nope !

This podcast just hits all the right spots. Wonderful voice, unpretentious narration like you were listening to a friend tell you a story. Great characters and a real world feel, but actually creepy as heck. I hope it continues, and it would make a stellar tv show!!!

I stumbled on Liz Sower’s podcast looking for some real ghost stories. I’ve been binging it for several days and have only made it half way thru. I’m hooked. These stories are like the scary stories I used to ask my mom to repeat. I’ve definitely been spooked listening to these but I just can’t get enough!
