This podcast episode is like no other I've shared before.

I work with so many wonderful people in my coaching and hypnosis business, and I get to be a part of their sometimes challenging - and sometimes magical - journeys, which is both humbling and hugely rewarding.

However, because my sessions are confidential, I don't usually get to share with anyone how the work we do in these sessions can play out in my clients' daily lives. So, when two inspirational humans - and clients of mine - told me they were launching a podcast called THE POWER OF WE, to support others struggling to get sober, it presented a wonderful opportunity to tell their story and share with you their struggles, the highs and the lows.
