After many years of searching and exploring to better understand her own experience of the impact of injuries to her body, Sally has come to discover a holistic approach to movement, injury and pain.
In this podcast episode she shares how by analysing someone's movement she can discover the source of a person's discomfort or pain.
Whilst that's the start of the journey, much like in the work that I do, once there is an understanding of the source of discomfort, that can be enough for change to occur.
