In this episode, Daph and June are joined by Grace, who has rekindled her creativity through undertaking an inspiring sketching project: Minjin Sketches (@minjinsketches). ✨

Initially, sketching was something Grace started as a way to be present. She wanted to curb the growing anxiety she faced being a Canadian transplant in London with zero contacts and no job - all amidst a global pandemic. More than half a year later, these sketches have become a meditative practice that she incorporates into her everyday life. Listen as she unpacks what creativity means for her, how she stays focused on the process rather than the outcome, and how both her childhood and career have contributed to this journey.
