  • Ep. 56: Interview with Brit Arthur | Founder, CEO, Designer, Author, & Eco-Activist
    Mar 3 2026

In this episode of Get Real or Die Trying, host Amadon DellErba sits down with Brit Arthur—founder of http://AutoimmuneDiseaseAwareness.com, CEO and designer of BeachCandy Organics (the trailblazing organic swimwear brand), holistic healer, and creator of the Feast to Wellness Protocol—for a fierce, unfiltered confrontation with autoimmune disease and the toxic systems designed to keep us dependent and unwell. Filmed on-location at Avalon EcoVillage.

Brit delivers her story without apology: decades of hidden suffering—asthma, acne, body odor, gut chaos, and escalating inflammation that exploded into spinal autoimmune disease at 34, complete with genetic markers and CRP levels screaming cancer territory. Doctors pushed lifelong steroid injections and heavy pharma; she endured a year of minimal gains before walking away in fury at a system that silences symptoms instead of healing roots. She plunged into gut biome research, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, herbalism, detox protocols, and non-toxic truth—then committed fully to plant-based living, toxin elimination, and radical simplicity. The shift was explosive: joint pain and immobility dissolved in days. From needing help to turn doorknobs and being carried from bed, she climbed 8 grueling miles with a 60-pound pack months later. Her Feast to Wellness Protocol—165+ anti-inflammatory, medicinal recipes plus daily detox rituals—has now empowered over 30,000 people globally to claim symptom-free lives from every corner of the planet.Amadon and Brit tear into the heart of it:The medical and food industries that suppress rather than solve—pushing seed oils, ultra-processed garbage, mycotoxin-laden grains, GMOs, pork's toxin accumulation, and endless chemicals while ignoring root causes like glyphosate, plastics, and emotional baggageShattering hustle culture, plastic dependency, restaurant traps, and inflammatory poisons that quietly destroy usThe freedom of minimalism in India, authentic Ayurvedic immersion, copper-charged water, farmers market allegiance, and transforming every meal into medicineWhere spirituality collides with biology: how toxic thoughts, chronic judgment, fear, unresolved trauma, and victim attachment literally manifest disease—and why forgiveness, embracing discomfort, emotional alchemy, and genuine loving connection are essential for extreme, integrated healthThe urgent poisoning of our supply chain, the call for real outrage and collective rebellion, and why every choice—what we eat, wear, think, buy—is sacred resistance and stewardship of body, land, and futureThis isn't soft self-care—it's a battle cry to wake up, purge the poisons (physical, emotional, systemic), reject the "pill up and power through" deception, and seize vibrant, liberated living on your own fierce terms. If you're done suffering quietly, questioning the chemical matrix and quick-fix lies, or ready to turn pain into unbreakable purpose—this raw exchange will set you ablaze.

  • Ep. 55: Interview w/ Jonathan Buford - Nature Photographer, Author, Environmentalist, & Master Brewer
    Jan 24 2026

In this episode of Get Real or Die Trying, host Amadon DellErba sits down with Jonathan Buford — wilderness photographer, master brewer, entrepreneur, and co‑founder of Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company — for a raw conversation about land, business, conservation, and what it really means to live in relationship with place.Jonathan shares his journey from starting a small service business and homebrewing in his garage to building Arizona Wilderness into a nationally recognized, conservation‑minded brewery rooted in the desert landscapes of his home. Together, Amadon and Jonathan explore how the way we grow, make, and consume things mirrors our relationship to land and community — and why any meaningful “wilderness ethic” has to show up in our everyday choices, not just our weekend hikes. This conversation dives into sacred commerce, storytelling through beer, the soul of the Sonoran Desert, localism, and the hard lessons of building a mission‑driven company in a profit‑driven culture. Jonathan speaks candidly about failure, risk, and humility, and about how photographing all of Arizona’s wilderness areas reshaped his understanding of public lands, responsibility, and what it means to belong to a place.Weaving together ecology, entrepreneurship, creativity, and cultural renewal, this episode reveals why protecting wild places is inseparable from how we do business and how we treat each other. It points to a future where beer, art, and stewardship are not separate lanes, but one path toward a more alive and attentive way of living. If you’re ready to rethink what “success” looks like, question extractive business models, and explore what real stewardship looks like on the ground in the American Southwest — this conversation will leave you challenged, inspired, and invited to take responsibility for your own corner of the world.#jonathanbuford #arizonawilderness #sacredcommerce #getrealordietrying

  • Ep. 54: Interview w/ Ryland Engelhart - Co-Founder / Producer of "Kiss the Ground"
    Jan 9 2026

In this groundbreaking episode of Get Real or Die Trying, host Amadon DellErba sits down with Ryland Engelhart — regenerative agriculture advocate, entrepreneur, filmmaker, and co-founder of Kiss the Ground — for a deeply honest conversation about soil, food systems, consciousness, and cultural transformation.Ryland shares his journey from building iconic plant-based hospitality brands like Cafe Gratitude and Gracias Madre to dedicating his life to regenerative agriculture, soil restoration, and planetary healing. Together, Amadon and Ryland explore how broken food systems reflect broken relationships — to land, to community, and to ourselves — and why regeneration must begin from the ground up, both literally and spiritually. This conversation dives into sacred commerce, soil as a living intelligence, decentralization, personal responsibility, and the illusion of top-down solutions. Ryland speaks candidly about the limits of ideology, the importance of humility in learning from nature, and how true change comes not from protest alone, but from participation and stewardship.Weaving together ecology, entrepreneurship, spirituality, fatherhood, and cultural renewal, this episode reveals why healing the soil may be inseparable from healing humanity — and why the future belongs to those willing to get their hands dirty. If you’re ready to rethink climate narratives, question extractive systems, and explore what real regeneration looks like in practice — this conversation will leave you grounded, inspired, and called to action. #rylandengelhart #sovereigntyranch #kisstheground

At 65 I'm amazed when I come across people in their '30s who just get it.
Why is that?...are they old souls? Good genetics? Great intellect? Great parents? Lucky or blessed?
I'm sure it can have all to do with the above but what I sense about listening to this man is that he's wired!
Wired into the network of the mind of our Creator. Mine and yours, whether you buy or like that or not.
This man has wisdom, that is clear, and what I love about him is that he's willing to share it.
Where I came from knowledge is power, if not shared. My world in my 30's was built on holding back secrets for power and self-gratification. I don't think this man knows anything about that because it's clear he's too busy focusing on helping me through his words, research & learning, and connections.
This podcast is the way of the future!!
I strongly recommend you get connected to this man and his podcast.
I am.
Thanks...Mark H.
