  • Why Jesus Wasn’t Talking About Food When He Said “Daily Bread”
    Apr 17 2026

What did Jesus really mean when He taught us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread”?

This familiar line from the Lord’s Prayer is often understood as a request for daily provision. But when we examine Jesus’ own teaching, Scripture reveals something far deeper—and far more powerful.

In this episode, we continue the series “7 Life-Changing Revelations Hidden in the Lord’s Prayer” by uncovering how daily bread points not to survival living, but to the Life of Christ Himself under the New Covenant.

Jesus consistently redirected His listeners away from anxiety about food, clothing, and daily needs—and toward trusting the Father and seeking the Kingdom first. From the Bread of Life discourse in John 6, to the Last Supper, to Isaiah’s promise of rich food and an everlasting covenant, Scripture shows us that the true provision is Christ given to us.

    In this episode, you’ll explore:
    1. Why Jesus warned His disciples about misunderstanding “bread”
    2. The rare Greek word translated “daily” and what it actually implies
    3. How the Bread of Life fulfills every promise of God
    4. Why New Covenant prayer flows from abundance, not lack
    5. How believers are called to live from provision already secured in Christ
    6. What it means to seek first the Kingdom without fear or anxiety

This teaching invites us to stop praying from survival and start living from the finished work of Christ—trusting that our needs are already known and fully supplied in Him.

  • From Rikers Island to the Nations — Pastor Lucho's Supernatural Story of Redemption | Supernatural Prayer Stories
    Apr 15 2026

📝 What happens when God shows up in a jail cell for a man who should have spent 30 years behind bars — and turns him into a minister who walks into prisons around the world?

That's the story of Pastor Lucho.

Raised in Spanish Harlem, using drugs at age seven, incarcerated at Rikers Island roughly twenty times — Pastor Lucho's life was headed in one direction. Then on January 5th, 2001, in a Pinellas County jail in Florida, facing a charge that could have meant life imprisonment for attempted murder of a law enforcement officer, something shifted. God showed up. And nothing has been the same since.

In this conversation with Rick Osborne, Pastor Lucho shares:

    1. 🔑 The moment in that Florida jail cell when he felt God's presence unlike any prior arrest — and made a decision he never reversed
    2. ⚖️ How a charge of attempted murder on an officer was reduced step by step — until a judge gave him five years instead of thirty, shocking even the prosecutors
    3. 🤝 The remarkable reunion with the officer he assaulted — who not only forgave him but showed up in court to help terminate his probation early
    4. 🌍 How God spoke to him at the end of 2024 that doors were about to open — and within weeks a law firm offered to file his 501c3 for free and supporters began showing up out of nowhere
    5. 🏛️ His current reach: access to all 27 state prisons in Virginia, 22 prison visits across multiple states in Mexico, and upcoming ministry in Colombia — going into prisons housing cartel members and some of the world's most violent criminals
    6. 🙏 A powerful closing prayer for anyone wondering how God could possibly use their life

Pastor Lucho's closing words say it all: "We don't need a microphone. We don't need a pulpit. We don't need a building. We just need a willingness."

If you've ever wondered whether your past disqualifies you — this episode is your answer.

  • Your Kingdom Come: How Jesus Taught Us to Pray From Authority, Not Begging (Seven Life-Changing Revelations Hidden in the Lord’s Prayer — Part 3)
    Apr 10 2026

In this episode, Rick continues uncovering the seven life-changing revelations hidden in the Lord’s Prayer by exploring what Jesus truly meant when He taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Far from a passive request, this line introduces believers to kingdom prayer—a way of praying rooted in authority, union with Christ, and alignment with what God has already accomplished.

Drawing from Matthew 6, Matthew 28, John 11, John 14, Acts 3, Colossians 1, and Isaiah 22, Rick explains how Jesus intentionally shifted prayer language at this point in the Lord’s Prayer. Unlike the surrounding petitions, “Your kingdom come” is a declaration—revealing how believers are invited to speak God’s will into the earth from their position in Christ.

You’ll discover why Jesus prayed with authority, why He used imperatives when healing the sick and casting out demons, and how He trained His disciples to do the same after His resurrection. This teaching clarifies the difference between asking God to do something He has already promised and declaring what has already been established in heaven so it can manifest on earth.

Rick also explains what it means to have the “keys of the kingdom,” how binding and loosing function under the New Covenant, and why prayer shifts from striving to confidence when we understand that all authority in heaven and earth belongs to Jesus—and that we pray in union with Him.

This episode will help you move from fear-based or performance-driven prayer into confident, Spirit-led prayer that partners with God’s will. As you learn to pray from rest rather than desperation, prayer becomes a place of alignment, authority, and participation in the ongoing work of God’s kingdom.

This podcast exists to help you grow in intimacy with God, develop a prayer life that truly transforms your life, and walk daily with confidence, peace, and awareness of His presence.
