We talk about player demographics, studies on the effects of violent video games, and the sexist/discriminatory practices of gaming companies. Then we get into GamerGate, and how its bullshit didn’t stay local to gaming, but bled into the rise of the alt-right movement as well. Turns out it was never really about video games in the first place.
