  • Garden of Thought E.349 Rosicrucianism
    Jan 20 2026
Stephen Hawley Martin is the author of over 30 books. His publishing company has published dozens more. We discuss his recent book which is about almost everything the human mind and the hive mind that we actually share via some type of cloud. Some call this the Akashic Field. Others simply call it the Universe. The scientific field studying it is called Noeticism.

Martin was also an Adept in the Rosicrucian Order. We discuss the myths and truths of this secret society. We also discuss the tenets and other aspects. From Pharonic Egypt through the Enlightenment to the present.

  • Garden of Thought E.348 (Un)lucky 13
    Jan 17 2026
She's been a guest on The Book of Black. She's a former WCW Nitro girl and professional wrestler. She's been a playboy model and pin up model. She's played football with Carmen Elecktra, An avowed conspiracy theoriist, health and fitness authority, and a content creator. She's April Hunter.

And she's also a deep thinker and ongoing student. Her A Show and other ventures explore topics not unlike this show.

I was thrilled when I saw her post on the number 13 and it's many associations. Especially, the unfair modern constructs making it somehow incomplete or negative. We discuss the banished zodiac sign of Ophiuchus, different views from different cultures, and how so much about 13, you'll never think about the number the same way again.

  • Garden of Thought Bonus - Erich Von Daniken
    Jan 14 2026
in 1968, Erich Von Daniken exploded into the mainstream with his bestseller "Chariots of the Gods?". It became a movie 2 years later and Von Daniken wrote over 30 more books. More importantly, he brought to the fore the ancient alien theory that all the Gods, angels and demons, and architecture, glyphs and other wonders were all aliens, or alien inspired.

But he didn't come out of no where. We explore his influences in fiction as well as his affiliations with the Nazis. Who's we besides me? Well, my old pal from school - and GoT fan favorite - Joey Restivo, and Professor John Hoopes of the University of Kansas )alum of Yale and Harvard too).

  • Garden of Thought E.346 Lawfare in Immigration
    Jan 7 2026
We are joined by Ishan Asand of Immigrant's First, PLLC, a law firm prophetically named in 2007. We discuss some of the developments in immigration and the novels issues before the system.

We discuss the $100,000 H1B Visas and how they are different from other work Visas.

We also discuss his firm's near total success in Habeus Corpus suits against the government and some of the distinctions between Immigration Judges and Federal District Court Judges.

We discuss policies and politics and I probably ramble too much. But his firm will come on again and we'll strive to let them make the speeches. Probably.

  • Garden of Thought E.345 The Simpkinson NASA UFO
    Jan 4 2026
“The Simpkinson NASA UFO: The NASA Photography That Rewrites the Story — A Special Episode of Garden of Thought”Host Jeff Lippman welcomes author Ed Wilson and technical director Seth Lamancusa for a deep and informed conversation about NASA mission photography, the preserved lithograph from a NASA founding engineer, cloud-pattern alignment, and scientific confirmations across multiple NASA camera systems. This episode offers a rare, evidence-based discussion of a topic often clouded by speculation.

NASA’s Gemini XI mission photography captured a lenticular craft in 1966. A missing NASA photograph survived because NACA’s original Space Task Group Chief Engineer and one of NASA’s founding engineers preserved it as a lithograph only re-discovered in March 2023. Cloud-pattern alignment and scientific confirmation across multiple NASA camera systems verify its authenticity. This episode explores:
    • authentic NASA mission photography
    • the preserved lithographic plate
    • cloud-pattern alignment
    • scientific confirmation across multiple cameras
    • mission-film timing irregularities
    • intelligence-photo printing procedures
    • how evidence remained hidden “under our nose”
    • the scientific, historical, and cultural implications
You'll finish this show wondering about:

    • Why some NASA imagery vanished from the public archive
    • How the Simpkinson lithograph survived
    • What cloud-pattern alignment scientifically proves
    • The power of multi-camera confirmation
    • How CIA/NPIC procedures explain the artifact
    • Why this discovery changes the UFO/UAP conversation

  • Garden of Thought E.344 Missing
    Dec 31 2025
Steven Kubacki vanished without a trace in 1978, only to walk out of a field 15 months later, claiming no recollection of anything that happened to him. In the decades since, millions of people have speculated about what happened, but Kubacki has never spoken about that “lost” time… until now. The Disappearance is the dramatic and never-before-revealed true account of how an idealistic college student went out onto the ice of Lake Michigan, and never really came back.

Steven R Kubacki, PhD, is a believer in praxis, the old Greek word that denotes the making real of ideas and imagination through some form of action. He is not merely interested in the frontiers of knowledge but engages in activities and adventures—both physical and cerebral—to expand the boundaries of the possible. In his life’s work, he views himself as an applied philosopher or “Nexalist,” that is, a person who integrates knowledge and know-how across diverse domains in the sciences and humanities, so constructive ideas and theories to affect individual change and systemic transformation can be developed. These domains include psychology, economics, governance, sociology, anthropology, spirituality, literature, history, general philosophy, philosophy of science, and modern critical theory.

  • Garden of Thought E.343 Goddess Game On
    Dec 23 2025
By way of Lithuania to Australia to the Garden, comes Kristina Dryza. She's a master of archetypes and mythology with a new age flair. Of course, new age is really just ancient age.

Dryza helps us with our goddesses. Especially, those of Greece and Egypt. We discuss Hera and Athena. A bit about Demeter and Aphrodite. A touch of Artemis. Toss in a little Romanization too.

We go across that pond and visit Hathor and Isis. Then we make stops at Inanna and some others.

But we really explore archetypal themes rather than textbook definitions and descriptions.

It's another far ranging and fun conversation with a new friend.
