GFTS 021: Preeya Sillan

Preeya Sillan is a Jiu Jitsu purple belt. She trains and coaches and the Logic Jiu Jitsu in Spanaway, WA. We've crossed paths many time over the years and we are apart of the same Affiliation. I thought the way they are able to teach a women's only class at their gym was super impressive and Preeya does a great job at teaching.
