Good morning, and welcome to Thursday from Joe Mathieu and the GBH Early Edition team. We’re waking up with a little rain, but a lot less than the Red Sox dealt with last night at Fenway… where a three hour rain delay is always fun. The Bruins know who they’ll face in the next round of the playoffs, and New Yorkers may want to be careful what they wish for. The Encore Casino is set to welcome full crowds back starting this weekend, but poker won’t be returning any time soon. And we say goodbye to a well-loved artist and author.
