GBH Early Edition Thursday May 20th, 2021

Good morning and welcome to Thursday, aka Little Friday, a term coined by Joe Mathieu and the GBH Early Edition team. Even with mask use about to be reduced dramatically, we’re happy for the allergy sufferers out there for the new found acceptance of face coverings, because apparently it’s been helping with seasonal allergies this Spring. We woke up to some good sports news after a late night for the Boston Bruins. The incentives being offered to individuals still hesitant to get the vaccine have been steadily increasing, and today free ice cream takes center stage… on this crew we’re hoping for soft-serve.
