Fully Devoted: What is a Disciple?

A fully devoted follower of Jesus is more than just a fan who admires and agrees with Him - it's someone who actively follows, obeys, and surrenders everything to Christ. The Great Commission reveals that to make disciples, we must first be disciples ourselves, reaching all nations, baptizing in the Trinity, and teaching obedience. When Jesus called His first disciples, they had to decide whether to repurpose their fishing nets for kingdom purposes. Similarly, we must examine our own nets - our resources, abilities, relationships, and positions - and consider how to repurpose them for God's glory rather than abandoning them entirely.
