The brain works on what we put in it, and what we do is based on what is in our brain. Your life doesn't change because you keep wasting your time on useless things that don't help you. If you don't know what the human brain is capable of and what kinds of really good and helpful things can be done with it, you'll never be able to change and improve yourself.
