From Womb to Wisdom – Our Journey Begins

Welcome to the very first episode of Womb to Wisdom. We’re so excited to share this space with you - a space where spirituality, mindset, and the sacred feminine all come together. In this episode, we open up about what inspired us to create this podcast and why the name Womb to Wisdom felt so right for us.

We share how the journey unfolded from conventional, clinical spaces into the realm of energy work and spiritual healing. One path began in the world of intensive care, later guided by a deep calling toward kinesiology and energetic medicine-shifting everything about the way healing, health, and connection were understood. The other path grew alongside that transformation, shaped by lived experience and a growing curiosity for the divine feminine, spiritual integration, and inner truth. Each journey distinct, yet woven together by shared reflection and a desire to live and lead from a more soul-aligned place.

We also reflect on the mother-daughter bond we’ve shared-and how it’s shaped our spiritual paths, not always easily, but always meaningfully. We don’t hold back in talking about the challenges and turning points that brought us to where we are today. Our conversation touches on intuition, feminine power, healing from generational and societal conditioning, and the importance of remembering who we really are-beyond roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
