He grew up in a single family household and was also on welfare. Instead of going down the path of some of his family and friends, he decided to turn a negative into a positive and not only inform himself on what the right path of success was but ended up becoming valedictorian of his school and now a large force in the Philadelphia real estate market. He also teaches students all around the country on how to follow in his footsteps on their path to real estate success.
