Kendrick J. Farris is a three-time U.S. Olympian and Hall Of Fame athlete in Weightlifting, American record holder, and nationally recognized coach and community leader. A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Kendrick has dedicated his career to promoting clean sport, disciplined living and youth development through fitness and education.Following his Olympic journey, he founded BlessTheGymForever and leads initiatives such as FEED (Fueling Every Eater’s Development) and The HeartWork Institute, focused on improving youth health, nutrition and leadership in underserved communities. Through partnerships with schools, cities and national organizations, Kendrick continues to build programs that empower the next generation physically, mentally and spiritually.

Tim Chance is an entrepreneur originally from Keithville, Louisiana and a 20-year resident of Benton, LA. He’s built a career in finance while also owning businesses in the automotive and real estate industries. Tim owns Chance Classics, a premier vintage car rental service featuring one of Louisiana’s largest collections, and Second Chance Speed Shop, where he restores forgotten classics to their former glory. He’s also active in commercial real estate and neighborhood development in the Northwest Louisiana.
