Frederick Penney is the founding partner of Penney & Associates, based out of California, and the national firm - Penney, Galberth - located in 45 states. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Penney has invested in, built, and helped develop multiple companies in many different genres. He continues to be the managing partner in Penney & Associates, and invest in other entrepreneurial interests.
