Welcome! Today I have with me occassional co-host Diego Osorio to chat with a filmmaker who is unmistakably apart of horror history! Fred Vogel is an American writer, director, actor, and special effects artist best known for creating the controversial cult horror series August Underground (2001–2007) and founding Toe Tag Productions. His work, including The Final Interview (2018) and Sella Turcica (2010), is noted for extreme realism in depicting violence. Vogel has also acted in indie horror films and continues to work across writing, directing, producing, and effects.
