Franchising Relationships

Often times there is a narrative of the franchisee not listening to the franchisor. But sometimes we forget about the franchisor not listening to the franchisee. This is a mutual relationship and they need to listen to eachother. Although the franchisor is "in charge" for lack of a better phrase and has the experience, franchisees often times have great input (and often times not so great), but thoughts need to be shared collaboratively in order for the pair to thrive together.
