France Just Boarded a Russian Shadow Fleet Tanker

Today we're looking at a developing situation where France has boarded and is now searching a Russian tanker that may have been involved in the drone incursions over NATO territory last week. Russia isn't super happy about this but we'll wait to see what comes of it. We also have Russian sources laying the groundwork to accuse Ukraine of a false flag operation and two nuclear power plants are without power in Ukraine and at risk of a major incident.
