Elise saw the need for young collegiate women who were entering motherhood to have a supportive and judgment-free community, and she decided to take action. After graduating from Auburn University, Elise founded Ella's House, a non-profit organization that empowers women to become successful students and parents on campus.

Through Ella's House, Elise and her team connect peers in similar circumstances, provide physical and mental health resources, and support women as they pursue their degrees in Middle Tennessee. Elise's mission with the work of Ella's House is to offer holistic help to balance education, health, and family through semesters and trimesters.
