My former students, Reese, Carter and Grady drop by to join our Podcast. They were a part of the class where the Kindness messages began. In 2020, I started asking students to give a kind message to others and themselves. I found that it improved self-esteem, and confidence and supported positive interactions between classmates. They let us know what they think of kindness and the effect of the kind messaging on our class and pass on a kind message to some of their idols.
