Zoe Karli is in control–at least that's the way she likes it. As a former military officer who also comes from a military family, Zoe is used to things changing...like a lot. As in living in 44 states alot. Instead of letting the change upend her, she calls them "adventures". One "adventure", however, left her helpless: seizures. They threatened to sideline her, and she dipped into a little bit of the "why me" camp. But then came the reframing: she had a CHOICE to either be her own ally or her own enemy. And she conquered it.
