Former Erie County DA John Flynn on why South Ogden murder was still free despite past arrests

Former Erie County District Attorney John Flynn joins the show to continue the discussion on the need for adjustments to New York State's bail reform laws in the wake of a murder that took place on South Ogden Street in Buffalo Thursday morning.
