Jackson Dingess is a competitive bodybuilder on the path to earning his IFBB Pro Card. Competing in Classic Physique, he has made phenomenal improvements over the past 3 years, and he attributes his success to the Lifestyle he has built.
Jackson has been the overweight kid, the skinny kid, and the kid who aspired to building a physique comparable to the greatest in the sport. That started coming to fruition the day he flipped that switch and dedicated himself to the disciplined life of bodybuilding.
In this episode, we discuss the mindset it takes to never miss a meal, never miss a training session, and most importantly, maintaining patience and trusting the process, even in imperfect circumstances. Jackson has constructed his Life to be fully conducive to the path of bodybuilding, and he lays out how this approach can be adapted to any Passion we pursure in Life.
From his fiancé, to his family, and one of the best coaches in the game, Jackson has surrounded himself with an incredible support system that drives him every day to put in his best work in chasing his highest potential.
And one day, it will lead to stepping on that stage, and becoming a Pro.
