While Western medicine has come up with medications to help with major depression, insomnia, and anxiety disorder, it can't come close to the results from nurturing these relationships.
It starts with how we view ourselves, our boundaries, our expectations of others. It's a learning process and in this episode I'll share how I approach this topic with my health coaching clients to help them be more resilient in life.
