Spurs' embarrassing season went from worse to embarrassing as Igor Tudor chose to blood 22-year-old Czech goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky at Atletico Madrid, only for the gloveman to make two horrendous errors as Tottenham shipped three in the first 15 minutes. Kinsky was taken off by Tudor and ignored as he went down the tunnel as his side went on to lose 5-2. Chelsea also lost by the same score line in Paris as Pedro Neto took out his frustrations on a stubborn ball boy and Arsenal couldn't get the job done at Bayer Leverkusen, drawing 1-1. Newcastle, Manchester City and Liverpool all failed to win too, meaning the Premier League's coefficient ranking is at threat going into next week's second legs.
