Peter Elwin, Head of Food & Land Use at Planet Tracker is joined by CEO Robin Millington and John Willis, Head of Research to cover one of the most important themes at this year’s climate summit – food system transformation. Food is not only a core source of environmental problems and nature damage, but it is also an absolutely essential part of the solution when it comes to addressing climate change. At COP27, governments have an opportunity to focus on the global food system as a means to solve the linked climate and nature crises, while providing sufficient, healthy food to a growing population.
