“Follow you purpose, not your passion”

you should always love what you do but, utilizing that passion with purpose will help you have a balance and fulfilling life of purpose. Otherwise if you focus only on passion (in your own feelings and emotions) eventually this will lead to self-destruction and possibly addiction behaviors.
