Wow! Season 8! It only took 7 seasons to get here! I am so grateful to be back!

In this episode I share all about Recovery programs and how beneficial they can be. I also live to tell about my experience flying an airplane! It sounds more impressive than it was! Also have you ever accidentally hiked 15 miles? Oh just me? Well I lived to tell that story as well. In addition I share the things on my heart, that I have been dealing with!
