    In this 23-minute episode, we cover the FREC’s executive, quasi-judicial and quasi-legislative powers and duties as it applies to real estate practice and licensing law. For only two pages of content, I highly recommend taking notes or printing page two and highlighting to pass the practice exam and complete the interactive quiz. I failed at first! Just keep trying and TAKE NOTES! This two-pages of content turned out to be bittersweet! 😂 Take a break and let all the info you have learned marinate for awhile if you have been on a roll listening for a few episodes. It’s a lot of new info, be kind to yourself, no need to speed through or get frustrated. 🏆 Take a break and I’ll catch you on 3.4 where we discuss license renewal and license status, and is hella long. 🙈 See you soon!
