Something is frustrating me no-end of late and it really stung today! I share how I turned a bad start to the day around and what I did on my birthday, including working a client on mindset shifting and a birthday message on national radio (thanks Momsy). I touch on failed attempts at teenage romance and talk about my current relationship with a great lady from Ibiza.
