    Newly-appointed Presidents Cup captain Brandt Snedeker and writer Michael Bamberger joined the program today. Snedeker talked about the task that lies ahead, the traits he will look for in team selections, making sure the team knows the plan in advance and how Keegan Bradley still playing to earn a spot on the Ryder Cup team could factor into this year's team competition. Bamberger talked about how he didn't think that Rory McIlroy was necessarily going to go on a tear now, how to compare eras pre- and post-big headed drivers, the freedom of Bryson DeChambeau, and shared thoughts on the upcoming Truist Championship coming to Philadelphia Cricket Club.

    Host Gary Williams also reviewed the Dogs of the Week and revealed the team picks for the CJ Cup Byron Nelson.

He talked about the Mulligan Foundation and the impact they are making. Herzig talked about what was next for Rory McIlroy after his Masters win and dove into Jordan Spieth as he continues to make his way back from injury.

    It was a busy show to close the week with our updated Club 5 standings, team picks for the Zurich Classic and Chevron Championship and of course the golf "Dogs of the Week". Gary Williams also talked about the state of the women's professional game and the sponsors involved before being joined by the Hojgaard twins Nicolai and Rasmus as well as Golf Channel commentator Tom Abbott. The Rasmus twins talked about their parents allowing them to be different growing up but that they chose similar paths, how hard it was at times to enjoy the success of the other, their Master's experiences this year and what they like about the format for the Zurich Classic with alt shot on the final day. Tom Abbott talked about the Chevron Championship and the women's professional game and how important Lydia Ko is and has been over her career.

    Cole Hammer joined the program this morning for his second visit to continue discussing his professional journey. Since he was last on the program he had a 54-hole lead on the Korn Ferry Tour and he dove into how that experience was in retrospect and how he was and wasn't prepared for the moment. Hammer also touched on his coach Bruce Davidson, the use of range finders, and talked about the journey of Rory McIlroy as was on the range with him as a 15-year old at Chambers Bay for the U.S. Open. We were also joined in studio by Preston Cole, Quail Hollow Club Pro, as he embarks to qualify for the 2025 PGA Championship that will be hosted by his home club in Charlotte. He talked about the experience qualifying at Valhalla last year and the support he has from everyone at the club to try to do it again this year.

    We were joined today by designer Rob Collins of King Collins Dormer Golf and Tom Pashley, President of Pinehurst Resort. Collins and his team are behind the design and Landman, a course in Homer, NE that has quickly become a go-to destination for the traveling golf afficiando. He talked about how it came about, its uniqueness and the surrounding area. Pashley announced that Pinehurst No. 11, to be designed by Coore Crenshaw, will be completed by Fall of 2027 and talked about how different it will be from its newly-opened and highly-acclaimed neighbor, Pinehurst No . 10.

    Gary Williams opened the show with Justin Thomas' win at the RBC Heritage and closed with the heartbreak for Joel Dahmen in Punta Cana and the very sad news on the passing of Jay Sigel.

Whan talked about the championship season ahead for the USGA as well as their young development program designed to catch the United States up with the rest of the world as it relates to a having a national program backing their growth in the game. Whan also talked about the progress on the implementation of the golf ball rollback between the various governing bodies. Diaz talked about the historical context of Rory McIlroy's Masters win and where that places him all-time, including what is ahead for him. The show wrapped with our team picks for the RBC Heritage and the golf dogs of the week.
