This year the Campbeltown Courier, Oban Times, Lochaber Times, Argyllshire Advertiser and the Arran Banner bring you a story of daring rescue and extreme bravery on a stormy Christmas Day. Out at sea near Ailsa Craig a ship had run aground and its crew and passengers were in deadly peril.
