As a native of Neptune Beach, Florida, Britt Sanders loves to share his contagious passion for Jacksonville Beach and the surrounding communities with residents and buyers alike. His career in real estate began early watching his mother, father, and aunt (Susan Sanders) work in the industry. For the last 2 decades, Britt has purchased, sold, and run many of his own construction projects.
Britt continues to invest in property in Jacksonville Beach and loves to rejuvenate beautiful beach homes for the community. He also believes in giving back to the area by serving as a volunteer on the Jacksonville Beach Planning Commission which considers new applications for building and development in the Beaches community.
The Sanders family resides in Jacksonville Beach with his wife, Laura Sanders, and their three active children, Caden, Jack, and Audrey. Britt believes the buying and selling experience should be a “Fluid” adventure and one that clients will remember forever! In founding Fluid Realty, Britt’s vision is to create a real estate company that is focused on high-quality, attentive relationships that won’t be found in any other local real estate company.
