I think the avengers will have something to say about that. Anyway moan over. But we are all here for once actor only for this film and that actor is of course the phenomenal Florence Pugh. So we'll be discussing the best work from her filmography. Joining me to talk all things Pugh, are the fantastic John and Georgia from the Comfort Films Podcast. The new horror, gangster, historical, vampire, musical film, or however you want to call it from the brilliant Ryan Coogler. Of course I can't talk about this magnificent film alone, I am joined by a horror movie expert returning to the spoiler specials, Tommy from Haven’t Scene It: A Movie Pod. On this one, where to start? We talk about how well paced this film is in terms of it's structure. We debate wether an argument can be made that this film is in fact a musical. We talk all kinds of sub text, gore, blood, sex and IMAX film. Plus I say 'Sammmmy!!' multiple times.

    Claire's turn for part 2 and is going for one of her childhood favourite games turned into a movie, Sonic the Hedgehog. On this one we talk about the comic book influences on the design elements and actions scenes. We talk about the liitle references to the original games. On this one we talk about how they incorporate the video game elements into the story telling. We talk about how the film could be considered over stuffed with action and the story feels more realistic but disappointing by the end.
