At the start of any big project, you kind of need the whole team together, but thanks to some classic Indian visa chaos, our plans went sideways fast. In this episode, we sit down with Alex to hear how he managed to lose his passport, miss two flights, and almost blag his way into India anyway.
Hi, I’m Hannah, accidental runner, sustainability advocate and founder of the Better Business Network.
Project Salt Run is a world-first endurance expedition. I'm running 4,200 km across India, following the forgotten Inland Customs Line (also known as the Great Hedge of India) to raise £1 million for environmental action through 1% for the Planet, Frank Water, ClientEarth, and Big Change.
Starting on 26th October 2025, I’ve been running one marathon every day for 100 days, crossing deserts, jungles, and cities from the Pakistan border all the way to Kolkata, shining a light on how business and people can be a force for good.
This isn’t just a run. It’s a story about legacy, climate action, and courage and how small groups of people can create big change.
