The experience of a difficult fertility journey is one that can have significant mental health effects. In this episode we'll discuss many of the factors that contribute - from interpersonal and relationship challenges, to work difficulties, financial strain, and much more. Psychological stress is also a leading reason why someone might choose to stop treatment, and I'll also share a framework for how to make that kind of difficult decision and key factors that can be protective for mental health.
