"i am Laura was born from a deeply personal journey. After contracting a virus that left me with chronic bilateral facial pain, I was forced to drastically reshape my life. I went through a grieving process for the life I once had and had to come to terms with a new reality—one that ultimately led to the creation of i am Laura.

Even before becoming ill, I had a vision for something more; more freedom, more time with my family, more flexibility. I wanted to work for myself and be in control of my own life. Helping people, spreading my magic. That desire never left me, and today, I’ve turned it into reality.

Now, I empower other women, just like me—mums juggling chronic illness, kids, jobs, and still holding onto that dream of doing more. I coach them to build and grow businesses that fit around their lives, rather than the other way around. I want them to know that they CAN still do it, they don’t have to just accept the future that is in front of them.

Through my coaching, I provide the mindset shifts, strategy, and support they need to succeed. My signature 12-week programme, launching in mid-March 2025, combines mindset, business and marketing coaching, strategy, and accountability to help women take action and create real change."
