Fear (Part 1)

Fear is defined as a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid.

We often treat fear as if it isn't real or isn't a big deal, but it can have a big impact on us.  My good friend, Derek, joins me as we discuss how fear can have a crippling effect on our lives.
