Fasting is Self Care

This is the final segment of Spiritual Self Care and we do a little unpacking on fasting and how it can be part of spiritual self care. You will also hear me reference two scriptures from the book of Habakkuk (Hab 2:2,3) as well as hear me butcher the name Habakkuk (lol).
