The goal of our podcast is to provide you with relatable content about what it’s like to farm with older generations and to diversify to make the operation sustainable for ourselves and our kids.     Stewardship is a buzzword especially in the ag and farming worlds. Why? Because it’s a term that more or less encapsulates what we do.


    The principles of stewardship easily apply to the vocation of farming, however they apply to any vocation.


    Biblical roots of stewardship


    Everything you have that is good or even neutral is from God. Anything that is not sinful is from God. This means your body, family, personality, skill set, land, animals, job, money - He is the creator of it all and the giver.


    So what does that translate to in practice?

    We care for our animals and plants.

    As Adam did with eve and God in the garden, you work as a team under the authority and guidance of God.

    Steward, the people in your life.


    Think of the tiny stewards in your life.
