Farewell For Now

This is the last episode of this podcast...for now. I'm not sure if or when I will be back, but today I have the incredible Taegan Scott from Spirit Collab and Spiritual Nerds interviewing me and asking questions such as why I started the show in the first place, my health journey and what I am up to next. 
I have loved the show but has served its purpose for me at this point and it is time to adapt, pivot and change. I love you all.
