Rashida customizes items such as shoes, paintings, clothes, bags, cell phone cases, grad caps, furniture, hats, etc. In addition to online order, she recently opened up her own physical storefront in Baltimore, Md.

    On today's show, she talks about the transition from a secure government job to walking in her passion as an entrepreneur and artist. She also talks about not being scared to grow out of her comfort zone of painting on canvas to finding joy in painting on whatever the customer requires to bring their vision to life and optimize her revenue streams.
