• EP 95 | Is It Obvious Where You Spend Your Time?
    Mar 18 2026

Have you ever noticed you can tell who someone’s been hanging out with—by how they act, look, carry themselves or speak?

There’s a sweet granny on TikTok who always ends her videos by saying the same thing…

And this week, that phrase hit different.

This week, we’re looking at another person that reflected who and how they spent time with someone in particular. As Christ following moms, we want to raise godly children who come to know and love God. We can see behaviors change in our kids, but do we look at ourselves for what we reflect to them?

Whether we are SAHMs, WFHMs, moms of littles or bigs, empty nesters or moms who struggle with anxious thoughts in parenting, who we reflect to our kids has a huge, and more important, an eternal, impact.

    This is a good one…so rich I can’t wait to share…

    SHINE ON...

  • EP 92 | What if God Already Gave You What You Needed?
    Feb 25 2026

Have you ever been given something by God—and then used it for something else?

In this episode of the Faith For Anxious Moms Podcast, we look at a passage of Scripture and what it reveals about trusting God, waiting on God, and anxiety in Christian motherhood.

For the busy moms, SAHM and WFHM moms, moms who struggle with anxious thoughts, even control God sees you. Raising godly kids in a world that doesn't love the things of God can be difficult. But wanting something they can see instead of resting in God’s provision, isn't helpful.

Hang in there, God has a word for us!

  • EP 88 | What if God is working while you’re waiting and feeling anxious?
    Jan 28 2026

Welcome to the Faith For Anxious Moms podcast! In today’s episode, as I walk through the story of Joseph in Genesis, we look at what it means to stay faithful to God through long seasons of waiting, disappointment, and uncertainty.

Joseph’s life reminds us that God’s provision and care don’t stop just because we don’t understand the plan yet. Even after betrayal, prison, and years of injustices, Joseph consistently trusted God and pointed others back to Him.

We’ll also look at Matthew 6 about anxiety and God’s care for the birds—a simple reminder that if God is faithful in the small things, He is faithful with us too.

If you’re an anxious mom, SAHM, WFHM or empty nester or anywhere in between, a mom longing for peace, hope, and faith for the everyday mess of motherhood, this episode is a gentle reminder that God sees you, cares for you, and is already at work—long before you can see it!
